Returns:

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for most items within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at raja@rezikotrading.com.my with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges:
  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the item following the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or other considerations. These include but are not limited to personal protective equipment (PPE), hygiene products, and perishable goods.
